From what I understand many British shows are broadcast to tv on a schedule, while all episodes are immediately made available online, like on britbox. But for some reason only the tv versions are ripped and put up at the various less official channels. Sometimes you won't find anything at all, or just incomplete sets. Or only to be completed much later. Like Van der Valk recently, which is still only available at some of the more obscure locations. Plus here you have the added problem of people not realizing the difference between craith and hidden.
